IPTV Fable Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms apply when you use IPTV Fable (the "app"), published by Global Startrack, a partnership firm, under the brand Amber Oak Apps ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
1. What the app is
IPTV Fable is a media player for playlists you add yourself (M3U links, M3U files or Xtream Codes logins). It does not include, sell or provide any channels, streams, playlists or other content, and we do not sell, recommend or endorse any TV provider.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You are responsible for the playlists and streams you add and for having the right to watch them where you live. Do not use the app to watch or share content without the rights holder's permission. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, interfere with our service, try to get around the free trial or purchase checks, or copy, modify or redistribute the app except as the law allows.
4. Free trial
New devices get a free 15-day trial with all features. It needs no payment details and ends by itself; nothing is charged when it ends. The trial runs once per device.
5. Premium
IPTV Fable is a player only. Premium unlocks app features; it does not include any channels, playlists or other content.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; Premium then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as we offer the app, on the Google account that bought it.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country. If a subscription price changes, Google Play tells you in advance as its rules require.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
6. Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features. We will not remove a feature you paid for without giving you a fair alternative or the remedy consumer law gives you.
7. Third-party services
Streams, playlists and TV guides come from your TV provider, and payments are handled by Google Play. Their terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or quality.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will work with every playlist, provider or device, or without interruption.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content provided by others. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any subscription in Google Play. We may suspend access to our cloud service if these terms are seriously broken.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date above. We announce significant changes in the app's release notes on Google Play before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
